This work is inspired by one of nature’s most extraordinary sights: the massive flock of birds, where a few hundred birds simultaneously turn and twist creating one big cloud. We translated these motions and shapes into a panoramic design of different elements which vary in length, thickness, colour and rotation.

The piece premiered on the STRP Biennial 2015 after it travelled to an impressive church in the centre of Groningen where it was part of the Nacht van Kunst en Wetenschap (Night of Art & Science).
